Healthcare Simulation - Unreal Engine

2024–2025

The core challenge was a constant trade-off: keep the simulator realistic enough to train accurate medical procedures, without compromising VR performance. Gathered requirements from medical stakeholders, managed scope risk, and made the calls on feature priorities to protect both. Delivered on scope and on time across a 6-person cross-functional team.

Technical: Unreal Engine, VR/XR development, custom shader-based patient symptom system (vascularity, swelling, rash). Agile delivery with Jira, stakeholder management across developers, project management, and external client.
